Christmas lunch alternatives: Could you go meat free this festive period?

New research has shown that Turkey is no longer centre stage on the Christmas dinner plate.

The supermarket Wholefoods has found that nearly 60% of Londoners will step away from a traditional festive lunch and use more meat, diary and wheat free alternatives.

To get a proper idea of what a modern day Christmas meal looks like, Tanya was taken through some festive treats by Chef and author Jo Pratt.
