When London born plumber Hattie Hasan was given an MBE for her services to women in the heating and plumbing industry, it triggered a conversation on why women are still making up less than 1% of the workforce. Anthony Baxter spoke to Scott Mullins from Pimlico Plumbers and apprentice Abbie Rose to get their thoughts on diversity within the trade.
