Fifth of London puppies bought in dogfishing scam

A campaign to raise awareness of buying puppies in poor condition kicked off this morning opposite Parliament.

The scam, nicknamed dogfishing, is believed to have affected a fifth of buyers in London.

A van run by The Dogs Trust will travel round the country to show the bad living conditions puppies live in before they are sold.
