Exhibition looks at the pioneering women of textiles

The stories of seven women who collected textiles over 100 years is the inspiration for a new exhibition here in London.

The women went against all the established norms of their times to create some of the richest, most diverse pieces in the UK.

The show traces different uses of textiles, ways to acquire them and the changing roles of women over a century.

Unbound: Visionary Women Collecting Textiles is on at Two Temple Place in Embankment until April 19th.
