New figures have revealed that at least 71 people were hit by London buses at pedestrian crossings between January 2016 and last November
There were two incidents involving the 159 bus, one involving the 94 and one the 390. There was also a crash in New Oxford Street involving the 19.
But the true figure could be far higher due to weaknesses in the way bus companies report crashes to Transport for London.
London Assembly Transport chair Caroline Pidgeon said more needs to be done to make our roads safer
