How to train like a professional footballer

Now let’s turn our attention to sport as we move closer to finding out who the next winner of the Euros will be this Sunday with the semi-finals starting on Tuesday 9th July.

Well, we wanted to give you a glimpse into what the professionals experience during their careers at FIFA’s medical centre of excellence, which is Isokinetic London in Harley Street.

The sports specialist and rehabilitation centre is actually open to all members of the public and allows amateurs to train alongside the stars who grace the pitch for your favourite Premier League sides.

We  sent London Live’s Henry Thomas-Aldridge down to try it out.
