More than 15,000 under 5s admitted to London hospitals with breathing difficulties in 2023

In some shocking figures, more than 15,000 children in London under five were admitted to hospital with breathing difficulties last year.

The research comes from a Freedom of Information request by campaign group, Mums4Lungs.

They’re campaigning to speed up the removal of all diesel vehicles by at least 2030.

They’ve been hanging baby grows spelling out ‘Clean Air Now’ across some of the areas most effected by high levels of pollution in the capital.

Henry has been speaking to them to find out more.
