Nathan Ake on returning home to Stamford Bridge

Chelsea's home game against Bournemouth in the Premiere league tomorrow will see Nathan Ake return to his old home at Stamford Bridge.

His decision to leave the Blues last year has seen him become a fan favourite at the seaside club. He's shared his thoughts on a return to West London.
