Paula Radcliffe is encouraging people to keep active after the pandemic

According to research by Flora, the Covid pandemic has got us moving more than ever.

44% of people claim that it has has caused them to be more active.

Furthermore, the average time people spend being active per day has increased to 45 minutes (36% more than last year).

London ranks as the 4th most active city in the country, with Manchester ranked first, and Edinburgh last.

Flora’s ‘Get Towns Active’ campaign encourages people to live a healthier, more active lifestyle.

3 time winner of the London Marathon, Paula Radcliffe, joined James and spoke about how to keep the trend going, the London Marathon’s return in October, and looked back at what inspired her to get into running.
