According to research by Flora, the Covid pandemic has got us moving more than ever.
44% of people claim that it has has caused them to be more active.
Furthermore, the average time people spend being active per day has increased to 45 minutes (36% more than last year).
London ranks as the 4th most active city in the country, with Manchester ranked first, and Edinburgh last.
