Small businesses adapt around postal strikes after stressful three years

The run up to Christmas is a critical time for small and medium sized businesses, that rely on online sales and postal services like the Royal Mail to deliver last minute purchased Christmas gifts.

However, with Royal Mail strike action seemingly going ahead due to an ongoing row over pay, jobs and conditions – many online businesses have had to adapt.

It’s been a long road of adapting for Sarah Brown, CEO of organic skincare brand Pai – she’s been telling London Live about the impact of the pandemic, strikes, and cost of living crisis on her London business – and how best to adapt.
