Stef Reid MBE on heading to Tokyo for the Paralympic Games

Paralympic athlete Stef Reid MBE is preparing to head to Tokyo for the games next month, with a message for young girls not to give up on sport.

This comes as findings from ‘Always’ show that one in three girls drop out of sport during their teenage years, which goes on to impact their confidence and self-esteem as adults.

Despite being busy training for Tokyo, Stef has been telling Alicia more.
