Gym classes return

Group work outs and gym classes are back on the cards from this week.

It’s the first time since before Christmas that leisure and sport sites have been allowed to let people gather together inside.

James has been chatting to the co-founder of London chain, Frame to find out about the benefits that come with the rule change.
