Royal Academy Of Dance encourages boys to take up ballet
In a society of binaries and boxes young children are still growing up to follow stereotypes… especially when it comes to ballet. But with the practice ever growing for all genders, the Royal academy of Dance wants to encourage boys to take to the stage and debunk the stigmas. Next month it is running a workshop dedicated to boys who want to take up the beautiful dance. Shadia spoke to Alexander the Artistic director of the academy to find out more.
