Jack Graham the CEO of the social enterprise organisation Year Ahead aims to try and tackle some of London's social issues.

One problem they are trying to improve is older generations becoming isolated, they will focus on new ideas and ventures to improve care in the community.

He said, "we don't necessarily know what all the answers are, but we have to come up with resolutions. Otherwise the quality of care will reduce, reduce, reduce... and that's a scary prospect for us all."
