'Working abroad left me disillusioned'

A gap year abroad can be as disillusioning as it is inspiring, according to founder and CEO of Year Here Jack Graham.

The social entrepreneur worked abroad for several years after finishing university.

He said his time working in international development left him 'disillusioned'. 

"We were the generation that believed NGOs could change the world", he said.
