Games Workshop founder Ian Livingstone on The Headline Interview

Games Workshop founder Ian Livingstone is one of the most successful figures in the gaming industry.

But the man behind one of Britain’s biggest gaming companies started his empire in the back of a van.

After leaving school with just an E in geography at A level he set up the Games Workshop from the back of a van.

Shortly after, he opened his first shop in Hammersmith. Today there are 300 across the country.

In the Headline Interview with Evening Standard City Editor Chris Blackhurst, Ian talks about his first encounter with Lara Croft, his life and the lack of evidence linking violence and gaming.
