Top Gear director Brian Klein on secrets surrounding The Stig and writing his debut novel
Having been part of the team to bring Top Gear back to our screens in 2002, Brian Klein went on the direct the show during the height of its success.
Working with some of the biggest names in British TV, Klein was set to make a new Netflix series when the first lockdown came into force in March 2020.
He used the time to put pen-to-paper on an idea that had been in his mind for more than two decades. With spare time came a debut work of fiction, exploring one of the biggest war-time conspiracy theories of all time.
Brian has been speaking to Anthony and his book ‘The Counterfeit Candidate’ is out now.
