Former EastEnder Lucy Benjamin to star in new musical
The former EastEnders actress Lucy Benjamin is to star in a new musical called ‘Love Letters’.
The jukebox show tells the story of a couple and a love letter between them which arrives 16 years after it was sent.
Set around a pub in Essex, Benjamin plays landlady Sheila’ and has been telling Anthony more about the show, the impact of the pandemic on the arts, and whether she would consider returning to the soap and character which made her a household name.
‘Love Letters’ runs at Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch 30 July 2021 – 21 August 20201.
