Head Held High puts on stand-up comedy fundraiser

The Head Held High initiative – which reaches out to young people who would otherwise be set on a path towards youth violence – has been a life changing programme for many young Londoners.

The founder, Tash Alexander, joined London Live in the studio to talk about their new stand-up comedy night in central London, which is raising funds to continue the work they do to boost confidence and career paths to London youth.

Simon Anderson spoke to Tash about the organisation’s work, and who we can expect to see at the comedy show.

The Held Held High comedy fundraiser takes place at the Comedy Store in Piccadilly Circus on Monday 16th September.
