Julian Bird on the challenges facing the theatre industry

The Chief Executive of the Society of London Theatre has urged the next Mayor of London to consider the affects of the congestion charge on people travelling to the capital to see shows.

As theatres prepare to open their doors in May, Alicia has been talking to Julian about the impact of the last year on the theatre industry.

The government’s roadmap allows theatres to re-open with social distancing from 17th May.
