90% of young Londoners admit to mental health problems in the last 6 months
We are constantly learning more about the importance of mental health nowadays, whether its talking about our struggles, or looking out for others.
However new statistics seem to hammer home the scale of the problem in the capital.
Data suggests 4.8 million Londoners – which is nearly 70% – have experienced symptoms of poor mental health in the past six months
That figure jumps to nearly 90 percent when applied to 18 to 24 olds in London.
The alarming research is revealed in a report by crisis charity Hestia, who say they’re here to help.
