Drag star Cheryl Hole on Tuck Shop’s first time on the West End stage

The West End is welcoming a summer festival of British drag for the first time ever.

As lockdown lifts and fans of the art form can come and dance and cheer at their favourite Queens and Kings.

The festival is called Tuck Shop and Cheryl Hole, a play on Cheryl Cole, is one of the stand out names on the UK drag scene – as one of the first contestants on Ru Paul’s drag race UK.

She told me about her show Gals Aloud, and the myriad of other drag performances on across the series.

This piece does contain flashing images.

Tuck Shop is on at the Garrick Theatre from the 27th of July to the 8th of August
