Play inspired by the care system arrives at Soho Theatre

Inspired by the resilience of young people in the care system, a new play by multi award-winning writer Lin Coghlan has arrived in the capital.

Flock follows Robbie and Cel, siblings navigating the care system and early adulthood.

Through extensive research and workshopping, the show has been shaped by those with lived experiences of growing up in care to create a multi-layered story.

James Dickman spoke to the director Jim Pope, and Jennifer Daley who stars in the play – running at Soho Theatre Dean Street until November 2nd.
