157 Years of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland explored at the V&A

This week’s Art Review James takes us through his top three picks for the week.

Starting with a look at the way Paula Rego revolutionised the way in which women are represented, with over 100 of her works on display at the Tate Britain. He also explores the Alice in Wonderland exhibition at the V&A and how the book has evolved to become a global phenomenon loved by all ages.

His third pick is the colourful works by Kenyan-born artist Michael Armitage which delve into politics, history, civil unrest and sexuality.
