A look at how Guide Dogs are trained, with one Londoner volunteer
Seeing clearly is something many people take for granted, but for those with vision impairments, Guide Dogs are a life line for mobility and independence.
Have you ever wondered how puppies are trained and raised to become good guide dogs? Well, we spoke to Londoner, Rob Lyon, from Eltham, who is a first-time guide dog puppy volunteer.
He received his puppy ‘Winter’ who was named after Love Island’s Faye Winter after she donated to the Guide Dogs organisation and they let her name the puppy.
