‘A Modest Little Man’ at Highgate’s Gatehouse
The critically acclaimed play ‘A Modest Little Man’ a comedy about Labour’s post-war prime minister Clement Attlee and his creation of the welfare state has begun a national tour here in the capital.
The Francis Beckett production is on at Highgate’s Gatehouse taking audiences back to 1945 Britain.
