Artists with brain trauma share their work at the Barbican
A new exhibition displaying the works from artists who have suffered a brain injury is going on show at the Barbican from tomorrow.
Called ‘Differently Various’ it features members of Headway East London, a charity who help, rehabilitate and find a community for those suffering.
Co-curated by a team of 11 steering group members who are brain injury survivors, the collection includes stories exploring their injury and trauma through video, audio and print materials.
Well Henry has been speaking to Chris, one of those curators, Tirzah who’s artwork is in the exhibition along with Claire who works for Headway East London.
