James best known for playing Martin Fowler in EastEnders for over 10 years.

But since has been undertaking new and exciting challenges.

He’s founded Actors East – a studio in Dalston trying to make rehearsal & training for up and coming creatives more accessible.

It also puts on plays by the very same people and James has written, directed and will star in the company’s first piece – Casserole.

An intimate 2 hander set in an East London flat focussing on a troubled relationship, it has been taken on by the Arcola Theatre.

James joined James Dickman in our studio.
