Emerging artists showcase bodies of work born out of lockdown
Reconnecting with the outside world post lockdown is the theme for a new exhibition featuring four artists from across London.
Two painters and two potters will bring together a body of work, much of which was made during lockdown.
One of the artists Ilona Russell, is showcasing bright bold paintings which experiment with figurative and abstract forms.
She’s been speaking to Tanya about how productive her lockdown was and the growth she experienced as an artist and how the show came about.
The exhibition is on from the 18 – 24 February at the Peanut Vendor in East London.
