Hackney vegan chef Valentina Fois on giving back to the community
Known for her time on Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars, Valentina Fois says the experience on the show was a rollercoaster but also a great one. The show sees the famous chef and restaurant owner look to invest £150,000 in the contestants food business. Valentina Fois is the owner of a vegan cafe in East London, she’s now trying to support her local community in Hackney by offering free cooking classes and sharing her vegan recipes.
