Incredible disabled & non-disabled Orchestra bringing ‘Light’ to the Southbank Centre
The Paraorchestra is a high end orchestra for musicians who want to perform but who otherwise might not have a route into professional musicianship, with some facing that barrier due to a disability.
The orchestra is putting on a show called ‘Trip The Light Fantastic’ combining a mix of electronic and classical orchestral music.
Simon Anderson spoke to Paraorchestra artistic director Charles Hazlewood to find out more.
