Ola Jordan on why motherly advice is best

With Mothering Sunday this weekend, new stats show we are three times more likely to go to our mum for guidance than our friends.

77% of mums and motherly figures admit that their children frequently come to them for advice, with more than 8 out of 10 learning what they deem to be the best piece of advice they’ve had from their mother.

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional, Ola Jordan, has been chatting to Alicia about the best advice she received from her mother, and what she hopes to pass down to her two-year-old daughter.
