Star of classical music Neil Ferris on his new album
Having played at the Proms and involved with the London Symphony Orchestra, one of the important members of the capital’s thriving classical music scene is now releasing an album.
Accompanied by the Wimbledon Choral Society, Neil Ferris is releasing their version of Cecilia McDowall’s Da Vinci Requiem – which they first performed at the royal festival hall back in 2019.
Henry spoke to Neil about the music and why the classical genre is still relevant in London today.
