Trail of globe sculptures across London shines light on racial justice

A public art trail has seen more than 100 artists unveil globe sculptures across seven UK cities, reflecting upon the impact of the slave trade with the thought provoking sculptures looking at how we can make racial justice a reality.

The 42 sculptures were unveiled in Dean’s Yard, Westminster Abbey and have now been dispersed with many heading to locations across London including Southwark, Camden, Lewisham and Hackney where they stay until the end of October.

One of the people behind the project, Ashley Shaw Scott Adjaye has been telling Alicia more.
