UK Soul Choir opens two new London groups, and wants you to join
The UK Soul Choir has been bringing communities across London together for almost 15 years.
Starting from humble beginnings with four people in Greenwich, it has become a national sensation, with 14 groups between London and the East Coast catering to hundreds singing together every week.
They have just launched two new choirs in Kings Cross and Brockley, and are looking for new members.
Every choir is open to all, requiring no audition with the emphasis being on bringing people together as a first priority.
Abi Gilchrist and Ross Power are the founders of the organisation and they joined London Live to discuss their call for new singers and the benefits they have found in community singing.
