As A level students prepare to receive their results this week, new research finds an attitude shift surrounding university placement.

Only 1 in 5 Londoners wish to live away from home during a university course and 95% of Brits say that the current economic climate will influence their decisions around the university.

Lynn Grimes is the Director of Student Recruitment at Birkbeck, University of London and told Alicia more.
