50% of people find it difficult addressing mental health issues in the workplace

New research has come out looking at the ongoing impact the pandemic has had on peoples mental health in the workplace with over 50% of employees saying they would have liked to have time off but didn’t.

This is according to the mental health care provider ‘One Bright’ who carried out the research, their CEO Dean Webb has been speaking to Tanya about the main findings and how recognising signs of deteriorating mental health in ourselves and others is key.
