75 year old gearing up to run London Marathon for charity
With the London Marathon now less than a month away, one taxi driver is swapping the black cab for his running shoes, just in time for his 75th birthday.
After hearing about the struggles of his peers at his retirement housing complex, Mohammed from North London is running for ‘Independent Age’, a charity supporting older people facing financial hardship and loneliness.
We spent the morning with him to find out why it’s important to help the elderly, why he loves family time, and how he’s getting on with training.
