Angie Le Mar’s We Walk Wednesdays is back
From a handful of people in a park in Lewisham, to hundreds taking part across the country – the We Walk Wednesdays initiative is a true acorn to oak tree idea.
The brainchild of the Comedienne and director Angie Le Mar – the movement began in March 2021 as a tonic to isolation and a rise in mental health problems connected to the pandemic.
The walking was paused over the winter – but it’s now back – and Angie told us more.
