Author Josh Roberts on Ash Barty’s decision and Generation Resignation
Author Josh Roberts has said he doesn’t think Ash Barty’s decision to quit professional tennis at the age of 25 should shock people. He believes the move is typical of Generation Resignation, millennials who voluntarily quit their jobs to prioritise wellbeing or follow their dream. It is something Josh has covered in his latest book Generation Drift. He explained more about the theory and about his views on the tennis pro’s resignation.
