Brent Council trials vitamin D supplements for expectant mothers
With the return of rickets and a rise in the cost of living – Brent council have been trialling a project that offers Vitamin D supplements to expectant mothers, new mothers and children under the age of four.
But, as London Live’s Correspondent Sara Firth has been finding out – the centres offers pregnant women and new mothers far more than that.
