Conleth Kane releases ‘Proud’ with London Gay Men’s Chorus

Singer-songwriter, Conleth Kane has released a new single to mark Pride Month, which he is going to be performing at Pride in London in July.

Featuring the London Gay Men’s Chorus, Conleth recently performed the song at the Mighty Hoopla in Brockwell Park.
