Drag superstar Alyssa Edwards lands a show in the West End
Drag Queen Alyssa Edwards who is best know for her appearance on RuPaul’s Drag race and the Netflix series ‘Dancing Queen’, has now landed her very own show in the West End.
‘Alyssa Memoirs of a Queen!’, looks at how a young boy from Texas made it onto the big screen and now stage as an internationally recognised performer.
Tanya Francis spoke to Alyssa aka Justin Johnson the man behind all the make up and wigs ahead of his show. There was also a surprise introduction to London Live’s very own Alicia Edwards.
‘Alyssa Memoirs of a Queen!’ is on at the Vaudeville theatre until June 13th.
