Exploring the history of London’s Great North Woods

London is well know for its green spaces but some of the wildlife hidden amongst the woodlands, parks and bushland might come as a surprise.

The different species thriving, adapting and surviving here in the capital is the focus of one of the pieces in the new series of Springwatch.

Tanya has been speaking to a  Chantelle Lindsay a wildlife officer who has been looking at the secret history of London’s Great North Woods.
