Firefighter to run to every London fire station for charity

Firefighters give their heart and soul to their jobs to protect the public but one man is going the extra mile to raise money for The Fire Fighters charity which supports serving and retired fire and rescue service personnel throughout their lives.

Steve Moore who is based at Edmonton Fire station is embarking on the Great fire of London run for 5 full days. Hoping not to burn out he’s been in training, Shadia has been finding out what sparked this endeavour.

He expects to spend about 12 to 14 hours running each day to reach his daily target of 96km.

He will then finish at Monument, which commemorates the Great Fire of London, you can track Steve’s run on his social media and join him for any part of the run.
