From treats to trading, the story of the ‘Good News Baker’

As the capital begins to reopen we have been speaking to Londoners  who set up businesses from their own homes during the pandemic or had to drastically change the way they work to survive.

She recently moved into a commercial kitchen and is sending letterbox brownies across the country.

She’s been speaking to Tanya about what it was like setting up in a pandemic and how the business has grown in the last 18 months.
