From TV to farming: George Lamb on sustainable bread

From game show hosting to sustainable farming, TV presenter George Lamb is on a mission to help fix the planet, by ‘fixing food’.

Addressing rapid climate change, he and one half of Groove Armada Andy Cato are on a mission to help people think about the impact of the food on their plates – and that, says Lamb, starts with bread.

He stopped by the London Live studio to tell Helena Wadia all about Wildfarmed, which aims to make the meal time staple less damaging to the environment.
