Fully electric bus routes unveiled

The capital’s first routes that will be exclusively reserved for fully electric busses were officially opened. Sadiq Khan travelled on one of the first all-electric double-decker buses using one of the two routes the 43 which runs from Friern Barnet to London Bridge Station. The other journey debuting the scheme will be from North Finchley to Tottenham Court Road, with the hope to have 12 low emission bus zones by the end of this 2019.
