How might the ULEZ expansion impact congestion?
The expansion of London’s Ultra Low Emissions Zone comes into effect August 29, and whilst the impact on air quality has been discussed at length, its impact on traffic is another huge factor.
Satnav firm TomTom have been analysing traffic patterns in London, and their traffic expert Andy Marchant spoke to Paul about what he thinks the impact of ULEZ expansion will be on congestion.
