London is the worst city to drive in the UK – TomTom’s annual traffic emissions index also showed the capital had the longest rush hour commutes and an average speed of 9 miles per hour.
And despite the expansion of ULEZ, carbon emissions haven’t changed much yet, with the report highlighting the need to accelerate electric vehicle adoption.
